What does 5.99% actually look like?

With Ronda, you see the full cost of every shift before you confirm a booking. The locum rate, the platform fee and the total are all visible upfront, every time.

Fees applies to the locum day rate only. Mileage, accommodation and other expenses agreed directly between practice and locum are not subject to the platform fee.

About Platform Fees

Do I pay locums through the platform?
No, locums invoice your practice directly for the shifts they work, based on the terms you agree through the platform. Ronda does not handle payments to locums or deduct any fees from their earnings.
Do I pay a fee when I book a locum?
Yes, but only when a booking is completed. A fee per shift applies for each locum successfully completed through Ronda, based on the monthly volume.
When are invoices issued?
Invoices are issued monthly, at the beginning of each month, covering all shifts completed in the previous calendar month.
Where can I find my invoices?
Invoices are available anytime under Settings > Billing.
How long do I have to pay the invoice?
You have 14 days from the date of issue to settle your invoice, in line with the platform’s Terms of Use.
