About Platform Placement Fees

Are there any fees for the work performed by locums?
There are no fees applied in respect to the work performed by the locums. Locums will invoice practices separately for the services they provide, according to the conditions agreed through the platform.
Do I pay a fee when I book a locum?
You will only be charged a placement fee when a locum is successfully booked through the platform.
When are invoices issued?
Ronda issues invoices monthly, at the beginning of each month, for all shifts booked in the previous calendar month.
Where can I find my invoices?
Invoices are available anytime under Settings > Billing.
How long do I have to pay the invoice?
According to the platform’s Terms of Use, the practice has 14 days to settle the invoice from the date of issue.
