The hallmark is fairly clear and reads "37263 Silver Plate England"

It has a pretty raised swirl design  and is in wonderful condition with no chips

It sits on a brass column which sits on a square white marble base. The brass has patina but is otherwise in good condition as is the hobnail and marble.
