Crafted by Luca Roagna using old school methods, it reflects the unique terroir of the region. Vines are 25 to 50 years old, and fermentation uses indigenous yeast with a submerged cap maceration of 6075 days. The wine is aged in large neutral oak barrels for about five years. Tasting Notes
