The spirit was matured in pair of casks, a first fill sherry hogshead and a refill hogsheads before being bottled in August 2022. The palate offers notes of Demerara sugar, mixed peel, cloves and red cherry. Bottled at 49. 9% abv for the Dalgety range with natural colour and no chill filtration. One of just 600 bottles.
