This is a fun fingering sock base, a 2 ply spin with portions in black wool, for a barber pole or marled effect along the yardage. These were kettle dyed a bright mottled pink magenta hot pink using all my bright pink dyes. Then they were speckled with fuchsia, hot pink, bordeaux, yellow, red, caramel and a bit of grey. The hanks are not twisted prior to speckling so coverage
