GURNEY 1/4 Daguerreotype ID'd Man & Wife New York City Dated 1858 patriotic or visible written on the1 4 daguerreotype of a man and woman. She's wearing a gold wedding ring, tinted shawl and a cameo brooch which under magnification shows a woman's profile, and is holding her hat in her lap. He's holding a pair of gloves. The mat is stamped "J. GURNEY" in the lower left and "349 BROADWAY" lower right. Inside of the case is an ID and date, but their names are hard to read. My best guess "A & K Macdonald" .. or maybe A?? Marson + Wife? the rest is
