MRF587 NPN Silicon High Frequency Transistor this was from a 34B

this was from a 34B but  it may be common in a 32  34 just they fit less cards there

This is a standard bearing used widely in all of the old TASCAM and TEAC reel to reel recorders this one came from a TASCAM 38

Nice well defined and clean

These are rare now and TASCAM no longer offer them as a spare
