I will sell this a guaranteed working unit and have put a lower price because of the condition and left the main switch PCB

Lead from a Tascam TSR8 reel to reel unit

the photo shows one with a felt disk although many i have seen have not the felt present

includes the arm it goes on

TEAC 32-2B and others Tension arm roller I will sell this aThis was from a 32 2B with the dual capstans but I believe it to be common on the X10 X1000 series if anyone can confirm that wuld be great as i dont have the manual for those, very rare item 18mm high
