We press the nuts gently in small batches using old production techniques. We select the nuts ourselves and roast before it is pressed which give it its outrageously great taste and quality. This top quality gourmet oil is one of our favorites and a fun way to add goodness to sweet and savory dishes! Itl adds a delicious walnut flavor
