This is the Main switch PCB from a TASCAM 22-2 fom a working unit

This will not work if your unit needs the 02 suffix

they can be made to be left or right by changing the position of the sensor metal piece in the middle of the arm

Used in the B16 Fostex 16 track 1/2 inch machine though may have been used in others in this series

Fostex R8 reel table bearings This is the Main switchThese often get forgotten behind the reel tables but they do need to be oiled or start to wear and tricky to get to News! there is a small magnet inside this unit that breaks and makes the reel unstable These have a good magnet
