The cask was filled in 2008 then matured for 15 years in a single first fill sherry butt #552 before bottling on the 23rd of April 2024 at a robust 60. 2% abv. Aromas of soft vanilla and red apple are complemented by dried fruits, spice, poached pear and white pepper. As always with Gordon & MacPhail the quality of this whisky is superb.
