ROCC® Exam Retake rocc To qualify to sit forROCC Exam Retake Policy: Candidates who have taken and not passed the examination have one year from the first exam date to retake the exam. If you schedule a retake on location exam, there is a $75 administrative fee. **Notice as of September 1, 2026, this fee will go up to $85. The ROCC exam is a 2 hour exam consisting of 150 multiple choice questions and cross all the modalities, evaluation and management coding, compliance, and Medicare policies.
