This special release is a blend of 20 Fino Sherry Butts that were previously used by Bodega Jose y Miguel Martin in Spain. The Kilchoman spirit has been aged in these casks for a minimum of five years, resulting in a dry, salty flavour that is perfectly balanced with a hint of fresh green fruit and a subtle, delicate peat smoke.
