Ode to Nita Second Print Mary’s of AransasJ. Evetts Haleys funeral tribute to his first wife, Nita Stewart Haley. According to Haley bibliographer Chandler Robinson, this work is the rarest of Haleys works. It was done only for family and close friends. This copy has laid in several items that pertain to the book, including copies of correspondence by which Haley came to inscribe the book Canyon, Texas: J. Evetts Haley, 1958. 1st edition. Designed, printed, and SIGNED by Carl Hertzog.
