This is a really cool piece.. tried looking up the Burnside hotel.. what I think I found is below.. this came from a famous clock collector in Butler County it was his 6th piece in his collection in early 1960's. Bought a bunch of antique clocks from the estate, told he didnt like to sell anything know the feeling.. not sure if clock works or not didnt have time to mess
