There are 2 in each motor and both need changing so sold as a pack of 2

this looks like someone has gone over the soldering but its tidy and it goes wrong this panel

Rear panel for the E 16 maybe suits others

I have not gone for a mirror like finish or removed some deeper pitting as then they would look too new as originally they was matt a little

Soundcraft Saturn 624 Papst capstan motor 9336520008 There are 2 in eachBeautiful motor tested and quiet though maybe long term you may want to change the ball bearings they are S6900ZZ and you need 2 I changed mine as was noisy these sit very quietly From a 624 Soundcraft Magnetics but I believe these to be the same on the 940 and 824 I do not know if this motor was used in any other machines or was a special just for the Saturn
