The device has a built in self test and is designed for outdoor use in both dry and wet conditions. Indication can be either optical (1 red LED 1 green LED) or combined optical and acoustic (1 red LED 1 green LED 1 buzzer). The Comet BS A is supplied as a short model with a rotary knob for selecting voltage ranges.
