Mr. Aadas purchased a beautiful piece of land in the Spanish region of Aragon when he founded the winery. The name Care is derived from the Romans, who used to call Cariena Care. Over the years, Bodega Aadas has invested heavily in modern techniques to further enhance its winemaking, without sacrificing its traditions and craftsmanship. For Mr.
