Located around O Salns, it was founded in 2005 by a group of winegrowers who wanted to join forces, sharing the necessary expertise and access to the finest grapes. This led to the formation of a cooperative, and the winery has grown rapidly. Many winegrowers saw the success and joined Paco & Lola, bringing the total to four hundred. In the Galician wine region,
