It is made by Poderi dal Nespoli, a modern, environmentally conscious winery in the Bidente Valley in Romagna, near the cooling Adriatic coast and across the Apennines from Tuscany. This estate was founded in 1929 by Attilio Ravaioli, and the fourth generation of the family is now at the helm. They own 110 hectares and follow every wine from bud
