MILLINERS When you hear Kentucky Derby, chances are the first things you think of are horses and hats

We hear the same complaints about budget dresses constantly: When I bend down my chest spills out. The waistline digs into my stomach when I sit. The beading scratches my arms. My straps wont stay up. These problems come from poor constructionbodices without proper cup structure, waistlines that rely on tightness instead of boning, beads with rough edges, straps that werent designed for real movement
