The purple polka dot fabric is darling. The large collar makes the dress distinct and classy. I love the shoulder pads (but they are removable) and the belted waist. This feminine, classy dress is great for spring. It reminds me of a dress Princess Diana might have worn. Excellent condition with all buttons on and no flaws or stains in the fabric. The fabric is rayon and
