It is really two layers - a fitted inner dress that if fitted and hugs your curves form shoulder to the floor and then over and attached to that at the shoulders are a panel on both the front and back

It flares into a maxi length skirt that has tons of fabric in it

The feathers show a teeny bit of wear but it is very minor

It is made of a very light weight cotton that has an almost see through effect as the fabric is so fine and light. The pattern takes on a soft washed feel because of it and helps those colors that otherwise might clash, work together perfectly. The cit is very
