It was surely hand made and has some quirks that go along with that, but is so charming that I can't help but love it more for that fact. Made of a sleek seal finish silk velvet, it has a simple cut with full shoulders and sleeves that narrow as they reach their cuffs. The collar is neat and simple and I love
