Vintage 1970's Nautical Halter Top shortsleeve hook latch beltThe top is so cute. It slides around the neck and ties in the back. It would best fit a small to extra small, because the neck to waist is small. The back of the neck has a few hole, but otherwise it is in great condition. There is a nautical flag design throughout.
