It was previously owned by a model who collected art during her travels. She acquired this piece in the 1970's in Barcelona from a leather artisan. The artist would first create wooden molds and then sculpt both wearable leather pieces as well as decorative leather pieces with the wooden molds. This is a wrap around belt so it is versatile in how you style it. It has a thick front portion
