Looks like it's an Ogilvy's exclusive made in Switzerland by Camp Creations. Hard to date it precisely, I'm thinking 1970s (later 1960s would be the other option). The jacket has a shawl collar, and closes with two rhinestone buttons. The matching maxi skirt has an A line shape and closes with a back zipper. The unusual fabric is 93% wool and 7% "metallic fibre"
