Dropped waist, pleated skirt fabric covered buttons up back. Black velvet ribbon at neck crosses in front shown with a clip earring securing, could use any lovely brooch you have! Cuffs and collar are a tad dingy. No holes or stains. Measures 36" bust, 26" waist, 50" hips, 17" bodice, 47" long, 18" sleeves
