Black, semi stretchy bodice and deep V neck. Red and black shiny appliques and trims as well as rhinestones and sparkles decorate the bodice, which fastens in the back with a double row of hooks and eyes. Black arm bands included. The pancake, 12 layers, hooped tutu skirt is black. The decorations on the tutu
