60’s Black Velvet Beret by Betmar sarah taylor skirt 1980’s Saks Fifth Avenue multicolorVintage 60's black velvet beret. Seamed in panels and set on a firm band which holds a covered buckle as an embellishment. Interior is finished with the standard petersham ribbon along with a black twill lining. Lovely condition showing no wear or age. Inner circumference is 21 1 2 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side it is approximately 15 inches. Label is Betmar.
