Has faux strap adjusters, the straps are a bit long on me but could be moved as needed, bust padding can also be removed if you didnt need it. Closes with back zipper. Previously fit me at 34 27 35, though now I am a bit too large in the waist at 35 29 35! It is not stretchy. Beautiful and unique piece
