It looks to be entirely hand done inside so I would consider this to be demi-couture since he was not actually a Chambre member so it cannot be defined as true Haute Couture

I have dropped the price by quite a bit from what I originally was listing it for to accommodate for this

This then extends down into designs that run like long tassels almost to the hem

You don' see these as often but when you do they are usually pretty great. They have this almost campy, Hollywood starlet entertains at home feel to them and this great little caftan dress is a perfect example of just that. It is a bit of a rarity and quite fabulous and just plain fun. I
