Original 1920s 20s Vintage Striped Lamé Cloche Flapper Hat With Huge Flowers coney They have open toes andThis fabulous hat was made in the 1920s from an olive green fabric interwoven with silver lam in a subtle self stripe pattern. It was fashioned in a cloche shape, to be worn low over the head in classic flapper style. The upturned brim is stitched onto the hat and adorned at the front with three large cream flowers in a leather effect with large beaded centres .
